MONEY BACK TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Money Back Guarantee is only valid for orders placed on www.bondisands.com.au and can only be applied for on the Bondi Sands website
2. Unused cosmetic product and order confirmation must be returned to Bondi Sands to be eligible for your money back
3. Application forms:
1. must be fully completed and pre-lodged on our website;
2. order confirmation must be returned with product;
3. will not be processed, returned or acknowledged if incomplete or incorrect;
4. will only be valid for use across all items, excludes the following products: Reusable Ceramic Cup, Reusable Bottle, Bondi Babe Self Tanning PJ’s, Tee and Robe, Self Tan Drying Powder, Self Tanning Sheet & Pillow Protector, Bondi Babe Self Tanning Tee, Self Tanning Robe, Self Tanning Pillow Protector & Gift Card
4. Bondi Sands product:
1. must be returned with order confirmation;
2. must have been tried for at least 7 days;
3. must have at least 50% of the contents remaining.
5. Proof of purchase (order confirmation with item circled) must be returned.
6. One refund of one product only per family at any one address.
7. Refund must be applied for no less than 7 days after purchase.
8. Application for refund must be post marked no more than 45 days after purchase.
9. Refund Payments will be made:
1. for the amount on the original purchase receipt or RRP, whichever is less;
2. by refund to your original method of payment;
3. no cheques or other forms of refund will be used within 60 days of receipt of application form and unused product postage costs will not be refunded. Bondi Sands reserves the right to reject any application it deems inappropriate or an abuse of the offer, or the subject of fraud.

11. Bondi Sands will not be held responsible for orders lost in transit.
